公交车用发动机的现状与分析

Current Status and Analysis of Engines for Bus

针对公交车用发动机在使用过程中普遍存在的加速冒黑烟、燃油耗高、起步加速性差等问题,选择与无锡柴油机分公司配套量较大,抱怨也较多的温州公交车为突破口进行整车试验,通过对随车试验采集的运行数据进行理论分析和初步计算,提出了公交车用发动机的个性特征及改进方案。

Black smoke, high fuel consumption and bad start acceleration performance are general problems while operating engines of bus. Buses in Wenzhou city are chosen as breakthrough to make experiments because Wenzhou city has large scale of engines from WDEW（ Wuxi Diesel Engine Works） and complaints from customs. Improvement options are put forward after theoretical analysis and preliminary calculation are executed based on collected data.
