自高含油罐底油泥回收原油的深度处理技术 被引量:17

摘要 自高含油罐底油泥回收原油可以达到污泥的资源化、无害化的目的。针对含油质量分数为30.2%的胜利油田郝现联合站罐底油泥,采用热碱水洗涤-气浮三相分离处理技术回收罐底含油污泥中的原油。考察了洗脱反应过程的理想条件,洗脱温度为70℃、碱水中Na2CO3质量分数为2%、液固质量比为3∶1、搅拌10 min、气浮分离15 min,脱油率可达94.3%。洗脱液可循环使用,脱除的原油经蒸馏处理可回收利用,如此脱油后的底泥中石油类残留质量分数小于1%,可达到农用污泥中污染物控制国家标准GB4284-85。郝现联合站现场试验结果表明,按日处理400 m3油泥的装置投资为2万元,日创产值3.6万元。 By reclaiming crude oil from tank bottom oily sludge rich in oil can achieve the purpose that mud can become useful and innocuous. Hot alkaline solution cleaning- floatation three phases separation method was used to reclaim the crude oil of tank bottom oily sludge with mass fraction being 30.2 % of oil obtained from Haoxian combination station of Shengli oil field . The suitable experimental conditions for doffing of the oil were studied. The results show that when cleaning temperature is 70 ℃, mass concentration of Na2CO3 is 2 %, mars ratio of liquid and .solid is 3 : 1, time of stirring and floatation is 10 min and 15 min respectively, dcoiling rate can be reached to 94.3%. In addition, the hot alkaline .solution can be used repeatedly and crude oil obtained can be reclaimed by distillation. With this method, the mass concentration of residual oil in bottom oily sludge is less than 1%, which satisfies the pollution control standard of mud used in agriculture(GB4284 - 85). The spot experiment results of Haoxian combination station indicate that the investment of equipment which can treat 400 m^3 oily sludge per day is 20 000 RMB and the production value is 36 000 RMB per day.
