摘要 基于GIS针对储存有易燃易爆气体的重大危险源安全管理系统,分析了系统的功能与软件结构,把系统分为数据管理、风险分析、查询检索和地图管理4大类功能以及表现层、业务层和数据层3个层次。详细论述系统的数据组织,重点分析针对重大危险源的数据管理的可视化处理过程,以丙烷泄漏扩散过程为例说明了基于GIS的事故后果的可视化动态分析,以及基于风险分析的查询检索技术。通过该系统能方便地对空间数据和属性数据进行管理,可以动态地在地图中显示出在不同情况下的风险水平和危害范围,并检索可能受事故影响的人和物,为风险评估提供可靠的数据,辅助管理者有针对性地做出及时、准确的决策,从而最大限度地减少事故的发生以及在事故发生时降低事故的损失。 A GIS- based management system for major hazard installations containing flammable and explosive gases was introduced. System functions and .software architecture were analyzed. Main functions of this system are divided into four groups, which are data management, risk analysis, data .searching and map management. The three layers architecture is composed of a presentation layer, a business layer and a data layer. The data organization of the system was discussed in detail and visualized procedure of data management for major hazard iustallations was mainly analyzed. The GIS - based visualized dynamical analysis of accident consequence was illustrated by the leakage and dispersion of propane. The data searching was focused on risk analysis based on technology. Using this system can help to manage the spatial and the attributive data, dynamically display risk levels and extents of damage on a map, .search persons and things which may be influenced, provide reliable data for risk assessment, get aid to manager and establish accident - prevention measures to prevent the occurring of accident and reduce the losses when accidents occur.
