国际生产体系变革对国际直接投资理论的挑战

On Challenge to the Foreign Direct Investment Theory on International Production System's Transformation

从价值链治理的角度看,国际生产体系的变革体现在模块的、相关的和受控制的治理模式的出现上。由于国际生产体系的变革,一方面,跨国公司直接投资的内部化优势越来越被外部化的优势所替代;另一方面,由于市场结构内生的不对称性,发展中国家利用外资促进经济发展的理论受到了挑战。要回应上述两方面的挑战,必须研究跨国公司国际生产协调模式。

From the point of view of the value-chain-governance mode,international production system＇s transformation can be reflected by the emergence of modular,relational and controlled governance mode.Due to the transformation,on one hand,the internal advantage of the multinaitonal corporations＇direct investment tends to be gradually repalced by the external advantage;and on the other hand,the theory on developing countries＇use of foreign investment is challenged by the asymmetry of endogenous market structure.The paper holds that to face the two challenges sudies of the cordinatonal mode of the multinational corporations＇production are necessary.
