摘要
目的:对云南不同片区及不同类型的鼠疫菌株进行基因分型。方法:采用脉冲场电泳(PFGE)对菌株进行分析。结果:1.云南省鼠疫菌株被分为5个型,所有鼠疫菌株在680kb和330kb有两条共同的带;2.大部分家鼠鼠疫具有一致图谱;3.云南家、野两型鼠疫菌的脉冲场电泳图谱存在差异。结论:脉冲场电泳分析可用于云南鼠疫分子流行病学研究。
Objective: To study the gene type of Yersinia pestis strains obtained from various natural foci and ecotype in Yunnan. Methods: Pulsed Field Gel Electrophoresis (PFGE) was used. Results: 1. The Yersinia pestis strains in Yunnan can be divided into 5 types, and 2 strips (680kb and 330kb) occur in all strains. 2. A majority of house rat plague strains have the same fingerprinting map. 3. There is difference in PFGE fingerprinting map between house rat plague strains and wild rat plague strains in Yunnan. Conclusions.. PFGE can be used to study molecular epidemlology in Yersinia pestis strains in Yunnan.
