摘要
目的:建立小白鼠的旋毛虫病模型,观察研究小白鼠经口感染旋毛虫的合适感染量。方法:将小白鼠分成7组,每只分别感染100,150,200,250,300,350,400个旋毛虫囊包,饲养8周,剖杀,取膈肌特定部位的肌肉,用电子天平称重,然后显微镜下记录囊包数。结果:感染100-400个旋毛虫囊包各组检出旋毛虫囊包数(个/克)依次为:6582±4010,9258±4038,9760±3123,9095±5050,13038±9946,9185±3983,8246±3796,其中,感染300,350,400三组各死亡小鼠一只。结论:小鼠经口感染旋毛虫的合适的感染量为每只小鼠感染150-250个囊包,感染量更高易引起小鼠死亡。
Objective:To investigate and observe the reasonable quantity of encysted larvae of Trichinella spiralis for small white mouse infection. Methods: The small white mice were divided into several groups, and infected with 100, 150,200, 250, 300, 350, 400 encysted larvae respectively. After being reared for 8 weeks, the diaphragm of each mouse in different groups was collected and the number of the cysts in diaphragm was recorded orderly. Results: The number of the cysts per gram of diaphragm muscle in the 7 groups were orderly recorded as follows: 6582 ± 4010,9258± 4038,9760 ±3123,9095 ±5050,13038± 9946,9185± 3983,8246 ± 3796. In addition, dead mice were found in the later three groups. Conclusions: It suggested that 150--250 encysted larvae per mouse should be adopted for mall white mouse infecting with T. spiralis.
