农机化财政扶持的国际经验及借鉴

International Experience and Reference on the Agro-mechanization Finance Supports

从国外的经验看,大多数发达国家都是通过制定相应的扶持政策,促进农业机械化发展,在实现农业机械化的基础上实现农业现代化的。目前我国农机化水平总体上仍处于初级阶段,也是政府财政扶持农机化发展的关键时期。因此,应借鉴国际经验,探索农机化财政扶持的新思路、新方法,统筹规划,创新管理体制,优化运行机制,加快我国农机化进程。

By the look of international experience, most developed countries made the corresponding support policy, bring about an advanee in mechanization of agriculture, realize agromodernization on the basis of realizing agro-mechanization. The level of agro-mechanization of our country is still at primary stage generally at present, it is the government finance that supports the key period for development of agro-mechanization too. So, should use international experience for reference and explore new thinking, new method that the agro-mechanization finance supports, overall planning, innovative management system, optimize operating mechanism, accelerate the process of agro-mechanization of our country.
