鉴于当前新发展起来的农机合作社存在规模小、实力弱、管理制度不健全和稳定性较差等问题,提出了要遵循发展规律与坚持发展原则,在明确其合法地位、改善融资环境以及增强合作社竞争力等方面予以强有力的支持。

Currently, agricultural machinery cooperation has the problems of small scale, distempered management system and so on cause of so short development time. The author puts forward that follow development principle and rule; give strong support on the side of legalization, financing circumstance and competition.
