摘要
使用新的方法合成了环索奈德。以泼尼松龙为原料,用新的催化剂改进了17α羟基的酯化方法,优化了产品的重结晶方法。降低了成本易于工业化生产。
Cielesonide was synthesized using a new method. Prednisolone was used as basic material, and new catalyst was used to improve esterification of 17or-OH. The method of recr ystalization has been improved. The process is easy, reducing the cost and suitable for industrial manufacture.
