摘要
采用复合镀方法研究一种增大镀镍深冲钢带的比表面积,使其镀层表面和孔径内形成一种立体三维网状结构的工艺,以制备适用高容量二次电池极板材料的毛刺镀镍深冲钢带。本工艺方法所制得的复合镀层具有分布均匀、结合力牢固、耐蚀性能好等优点。
A process for increasing the surface area of nickel plated deep drawn steel strip is developed by composite plating, which makes the surface of plated layers and pore inside form a three-dimensional netlike structure, that can be used to prepare nickel plated deep drawnd steel strip for the polar plate materials of high capacity and secondary batteries. The composite coating obtained with this process has such advantages as even distribution, high bonding strength, good corrosion resistance, etc.
