员工满意度影响因素研究——基于某服装企业的实证研究 被引量:6

摘要 在回顾国内外相关文献的基础上,采用员工满意度三维分析框架:员工个体因素、员工与组织的交换以及员工与直属主管的交换,通过调查问卷数据的比较分析和访谈调研,探讨员工个体因素对后两种因素不同方面的影响以及影响程度,并从心理学和组织行为学对成因做出分析。
