摘要
通过邻苯二甲酸酐与壳聚糖在室温、均相条件下快速反应,制备一系列取代度不同的N–邻苯二甲酰化壳聚糖。经FTIR、1H–NMR检测证明酰化反应的发生。研究了投料物质的量比对产物的溶解性、特性黏度和相对分子质量的影响。并对产物吸湿保湿性能进行初步研究。
A series of N-phthaloyl-chitosan with different degrees of substitution were synthesized rapidly in homogeneous solution at room temperature. The structure of the product was characterized with FrIR and ^1H-NMR spectroscopy, which both showed the amido group of chitosan was phthaloyled. The effects of the mole ratio of anhydride to amino group of chitosan in the feed solution on the solubility, intrinsic viscosity and molecule weight of the product were studied. The moisture-absorption and moisture-retention of the product were also investigated.
