摘要
介绍了气磁混合轴系的一种误差补偿方法,建立了轴系的数学模型并求解。采用三点圆法将运动误差和形状误差分离,利用主动磁轴承的可控性,把由运动引起的误差经过处理用来修正主动磁悬浮轴承,通过反馈和补偿对整个轴系进行控制,从而提高主轴的回转精度。
The paper introduced a method of error compensation, established mathematics models and found a solution to it. Movement error and shape error were separated because of there point method. Due to the active magnetic bearing is easy controlled,so inputing movement error to active bearing ,the spindle system was controlled by feedback and compensation,thus rotary accuracy of rotating was improved.
