研究了利用微波干燥食盐的工艺,并分析了微波功率、辐射时间、物料质量和物料厚度对食盐脱水率的影响。
The authors study the drying process of edible salt with microwave oven and analyze the impact of microwave power, radiation time as well as quality and thickness of materials on the dewatering rate of edible sail .
