复合固体酸FSZ在废旧PVC催化脱氯中的应用与研究

摘要 以粉煤灰为主要原料,制备了一种原料易得、成本低廉、效果良好的高效催化剂,当催化剂用量为PVC的25%,在320℃时脱氯率可达97%以上,催化剂可以重复使用数次。与空白实验相比,FSZ(固)催化剂明显提高了废旧PVC的脱氯速率和最终脱氯率,降低了脱氯温度。并采用IR和XRD对催化剂的结构及催化机理进行了简要探讨。 A kind of low- cost and high - effieiency catalysts wer.e prepared from flyash used as the main raw material. The raw materials were easily available. The dechlorination rate of PVC was over 97% at 320 ℃ at the presence of 25% (based on PVC) the catalyst. The catalysts could be repeatedly used for several times. Compared with the blank experiment results, the catalysts FSZ greatly increased the dechlorination rate and the final dechlorination ratio of waste PVC,and decreased the dechlorination temperature. The structure and catalytic mechanism of the catalysts were also discussed by IR and XRD.
