摘要
用于近程海洋探测的高频地波雷达发射机设计输出功率为200 W,因为是大功率器件,而且需要全天候不间断正常工作,所以要设计相应的保护电路。包括对极端情况下的过流、过压、过激励保护和过温保护。对前面几种情况下的保护主要采用负反馈的思想,过温保护利用温度开关及散热装置来实现。
The transmitter output power of HF ground wave radar for short range ocean surveillance is 200 W. As the transmitter is a high power device and it should run safely and continuously in all weather, so it's necessary to design a set of protective circuitw which can keep the radar safe at the extreme conditions of over-currentw over-vohagew over-driving and over-temper- ature. Feedback concept is used in the protection circuit for the first three cases. For the condition of over-temperature, a temperature switch and heat dissipation equipment are utilized to protect the radar from destroying.
