摘要 目的了解B ioFosun-Ⅰ微生物鉴定系统鉴定病原菌的准确性。方法200株病原菌用B ioFosun-Ⅰ微生物鉴定仪作鉴定,并用M icroScan AS-4微生物鉴定仪(或API条)验证。结果在200株病原菌中,革兰阴性菌142株,鉴定到属的水平142株(100.0%),鉴定到种的水平138株(97.2%)。58株革兰阳性菌中,鉴定到属的水平58株(100.0%),鉴定到种的水平54株(93.1%),总计属的水平准确率100.0%(200/200),种的水平准确率96.0%(192/200)。结论B ioFosun-Ⅰ微生物鉴定系统能快速、准确地鉴定病原菌,可以应用于临床。 Objective To investigate the accuracy of BioFosun- Ⅰ for identifying the clinical pathogenic bacteria. Methods 200 strains of clinical bacteria were identified by BioFosun- Ⅰ and confirmed by MicroScan AS-4 or API. Results Among 200 strains of clinical bacteria, 142 strains were Gram negative and were identified to the correct genera( 100.0% ), 138 strains were identified to the correct species(97.2% ) ; 58 strains were Gram positive and identified to the correct genera( 100.0% ), 54 strains were identified to the correct species(93.1% ). The total accuracy of genus was 100.0% (200/200) and the total accuracy of species was 96.0% (192/200). Conclusions Using BioFosun-Ⅰ , the clinical bacteria can be identify accurately and rapidly. It can be used in clinical laboratory.
