摘要
在ABS和PS中分别添加不同份数的硫酸镁晶须,比较了硫酸镁晶须直接改性聚合物与偶联剂处理后硫酸镁晶须改性聚合物的性能。结果表明:在ABS中,硫酸镁晶须添加20份,钛酸酯加入1份;而在PS中,只需将硫酸镁晶须加到30份,就能够改善材料综合性能。
It respectively filled ABS and PS with different contents of magnestum sulfate whisker, and compared the properties of ABS and PS modified by pure magnesium sulfate whisker with those of ABS and PS modified by magnesium sulfate whisker treated by coupling agent. The results showed that the comprehensive properties of ABS were improved with 20phr magnesium sulfate whisker and lphr titanate, and the comprehensive properties of PS were improved with only 30phr magnesium sulfate whisker.
