摘要
通过底泥吸附处理模拟含铬(Cr6+)废水,探讨了废水酸度、吸附时间、底泥用量、粒径对铬(Cr6+)吸附效果的影响。静态实验结果表明:在废水pH为1.0,用3.0g底泥吸附处理浓度为100mg/L的含铬废水40mL,吸附接触时间5h时,其处理效果最佳。动态实验结果表明:不同粒径底泥的最终吸附效果相差不明显;粒径对废水的流速影响较大,细粒径底泥的流速缓慢,处理所需时间长。利用底泥吸附处理含铬(Cr6+)废水,去除率能达到95%以上。
The paper studied the effect of bed mud on acidity of wastewater, absorption time, bed mud quantity and diameter of particl with the treatment of simulating chromium-containing wastewater (Cr^6+) by bed mud. The static experimental result showed that the optimal conditions contain pH of wastewater 1.0, 40mL chromium-containing wastewater of 100mg/L absorbed by 3.0g bed mud and absorption time 5h. The dynamic experimental result showed that the absorption result didn't have obvious difference of different bed mud diameter.The diameter played a important role on the flowing velocity of wastewater .So the more exiguous the diameter was the more treating time needed because of its less flowing velocity. The rate of wiping off chromium (Cr^6+) was more than 95 percent by bed mud absorption.
