摘要
从经济学的角度出发,以上海市为例采用成本效益分析方法,对灭火救援力量成本和效益进行了定量衡量和分析,计算出其效益成本比率,并对成本效益合算导则的确立过程进行探讨。
On the basis of methods of cost benefit analysis, the paper measures cost and benefit of fire cover for Shanghai city, calculates benefit cost ratio of it, and discusses the process of establishing advisable guideline of cost benefit.
