江阴市重大危险源评估方法的探讨

摘要 通过对江阴市重大危险源情况的调查分析,探讨了重大危险源的评估思路和方法。通过分析比较,对可能发生重大人员伤亡、重大财产损失的火灾、爆炸、毒害等灾害事故的场所或设施,确定为江阴市重大危险源,明确了重大危险源分布情况、城镇公共消防设施现状和灭火救援力量,推动政府加快完善城镇消防规划,加强消防基础设施建设,提高江阴市消防队伍为经济社会发展的服务能力,并积极推动和建立社会联动救援机制。 Based on the investigation and analysis of the disastrous fire hazard sources, the article discussed the method for assessing the disastrous fire hazard source. Based on the comparison and analysis , the disastrous fire hazard sources such as fire, explosion and toxicity that may cause large injuries and property loss in Jiangyin City were selected out. The distribution of the disastrous fire hazard sources was made clear. The current public fire protection equipment and fire rescue forces were discussed too. It emphasized that the government should speed the city fire protection planning, strengthen the fundamental fire protection construction, improve the service ability of the fire forces and establish the linked reaction of the society to the disaster.
