主要介绍了500MW汽轮发电机在长期运行后,定子端部部件松动的原因及处理方法,并介绍了如何改进设计结构及重新改造的工艺过程,为同类型机组的改造提供一些参考。
This paper introduces the reason and removal of looseness on stator end parts of 500MW turbo-generator after long period operation as well as how to improve the process of reformation and the design construction, thus provides some references for the same type unit.
