摘要
电网电压的波动对许多不允许停电的企业或设备会造成很大影响,为解决此类问题,作者探讨了蓄电池逆变方案,将直流电转变成电动机所需的交流电,以满足电动机在暂时停电时的正常运行;利用大容量电容器的短暂放电,供给逆变器提供电源,以解决电网的波动对电动机产生的影响.针对电压波动引起控制器的失电,作者设计了6种控制线路,以解决控制器的失电再启动,在实际生产中可根据需要选择不同的供电方案和再启动方式.
Fluctuation voltage in electric wire netting will cause influence on enterprises or equipment which are not allowing to cut out. In order to solve this. The paper given scheme of changing with battery, change direct current into an exchange that motor needs, to keep normal running of motor while losing electrical power; Utilize large electric capacity transient to discharge, supply power to inverter, solving the influence to motor of fluctuation in electric wire netting. To meet the lost electricity of controller by fluctuation voltage, six kinds of control circuits are designed, to solve controller restart in the lost electricity, choosing different power supply schemes to meet actual production.
