摘要
简述了目前国内使用的减水剂存在的不足之处,并在实验室由马来酸酐、丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酸聚乙二醇酯等单体物质,在水溶液中经加热,并通过过硫酸胺引发共聚反应,制得聚羧酸系高效减水剂,并对其进行了性能测试,结果说明,该减水剂具有优良的分散能力和增强效果,保持流动性的时间较长;其分散性能和增强作用效果优于萘系高效减水剂.
In the paper, deficiency of water reducer used at home nowadays has been depicted, and the polycarboxylate high performance water- reducer, copolymer of maleic anhydride, macro-molecular monomer etc, has been synthesized in the aqueous system by the initiation of per-sulfate. The result shows that the water-reducer has some high dispersing ability, enhancing intensity ability, and long keeping time of fluidity, which has better dispersion and enhancement effect, compared with the naphthalene series high performance water reducers.
