摘要 介绍了木质素的组成、生物合成途径、涉及的酶类,综述了近年来基因工程技术调控木质素生物合成的研究进展,并对今后的研究进行了展望。 The lignin is one of the main components in vascular plants. Its presence reduces the nutrition of feedstuff in stock and has the negative effects and pollution on pulping wood processing. In this article the composition of lignin, the reaction step, the enzyme involved in the lignin biosynthesis pathway and the economic importance were introduced, The genetic regulation of lignin biosynthesis was summarized and its prospect of development was indicated.
