植物生长调节剂对菊花幼苗生长及光合作用的影响 被引量:11

摘要 以菊花为试材,探讨了多效唑(PP333)和矮壮素(CCC)对菊花生长、叶片叶绿素含量、净光合速率(Pn)及叶绿素荧光参数的日变化的影响。结果表明:CCC和PP333处理均能显著抑制菊花的生长,促进干茎增粗;提高菊花叶片叶绿素含量;Pn日变化呈现出先上升后下降的单峰曲线,对照在10 h达到最大值,PP333和CCC处理在12 h达到最大值;日均光合速率和最大峰值均为CCC>PP333>CK。Fv/Fm下降后再上升,到14:00左右达到最小值,经过CCC和PP333处理的Fv/Fm各个时期均比对照高。 The study on the growth, photosynthetic pigment content and the daily changes of Pn and Chlorophyll fluorescence of Chrysanthemum morifolium through the treatment of CCC and PP333 was conducted. The results showed that CCC and PP333 treatment could inhibit the scapus length, accelerate the stem diameter and increase the photosynthetic pigment content. There appeared a single peak that was firstly increased and then decreased with the daily change of Pn. The Pn of CK reached the peak at around 10:00, while the CCC and PP333,at 12:00, and both the mean value and rnaximum value were CCC 〉 PP333 〉 CK.The daily change of Fv/Fm revealed another single peak of firstly decreasing and then increasing and reached the minimum value at 14:00 and Fv/Fm value of CCC and PP333 were higher than CK all the time.
