摘要
选用断奶SD大鼠(体重65g)36只,随机分成3组,天然基础日粮(无铁添加)饲喂15d进行铁耗竭,然后在基础日粮中分别添加FeSO4(I)、FeSO4+Fe-Met(1:1)、Fe-Met 35mg/kg(以铁计),于补铁后4、7d测定动物生长、血红蛋白、肝脏铁含量及血清抗氧化酶活性指标,以研究不同铁源对大鼠早期生长、氧化代谢和铁利用的影响。结果表明,各组血红蛋白水平在补铁后4d,分别显著提高40.69%、45.02%和50.79%,总铁结合力下降;添加Fe-Met能更迅速提高肝脏铁含量;补铁后1d,Fe-Met组血浆GSH-PX和过氧化氢酶活性略高于FeSO4组,Fe-Met组血浆总抗氧化能力、GSH含量在补铁后1~7d均高于FeSO4组(P〉0.05);Fe-Met能有效促进动物生长.补铁后7d。Ⅱ组日增重3倍于FeSO4组。试验表明,Fe-Met在促进大鼠生长、肝脏铁贮方面效果显著,并利于早期血红蛋白恢复。在缺铁状态下。无机铁和有机铁混合使用可以相互协调、补充,有利于体内铁状况恢复。
The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of ferrous sulfate (FeSO4) and/or ferrous methionine (Fe-Met) supplementation on growth, biological value of iron, and serum anti-oxidation index of anaemic rats.36 SD rats(65 g weight) were fed with basal diet(0 Fe added) for 15 days. Then the rats were randomly divided into three treatments and fed with the diets supplied with FeSO4(Ⅰ), FeSO4 + Fe-Met(1 : 1) (Ⅱ) and Fe-Met ( Ⅲ) at 35 mg/kg iron respectively for 7 days. The weight gains, blood hemoglobin(Hb), serum total iron-binding capacity(STBC) and the content of iron in liver of rats were measured after 4 and 7 days respectively. The results showed that the content of Hb was increased 40.69%, 45.02% and 50.79% after 4th day in group Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ, respectively. Compared with group Ⅰ,the content of iron in liver was about 19.86% and 11.4% higher in groupⅡ after the supplementation of iron for 4 and 7 days, respectively. The activities of serum GSH-PX and CAT, the content of GSH and total antioxidation capability in serum were also higher in group Ⅱ and Ⅲ than those of group Ⅰ after the supplementation of iron for 1 days. Fe-Met could notably promote the rats weight, which were triple times in groupⅡ than that of the FeSO4 group in 7 th days of iron supplement It was concluded that Fe-Met could rapidly improve the biological utilization of iron.
