发酵法水解大豆异黄酮提取条件的研究 被引量:8

摘要 以大豆粕为原料,采用先发酵水解大豆异黄酮,后提取的方法,并通过单因素实验确定了最佳提取条件,最佳条件为:乙醇浓度80%、料液比1:15(g:mL)、提取温度70℃、时间3h、提取两次,该条件下提取效果理想。
