摘要
匙羹藤作为一种广泛分布于我国南方各省区的亚热带植物,其活性成分——匙羹藤酸具有预防和治疗糖尿病的功效。使用香草醛-浓硫酸比色法测匙羹藤酸含量以匙羹藤酸的提取率为考察指标,考察了浸提溶剂、浸提时间、浸提温度、浸提料液比四个因素的影响。以最佳条件为基础设计了浸提条件的正交实验,根据正交实验及显著性分析,得出最佳浸提条件为:浸提温度70℃、乙醇浓度50%、料液比1:15(m/V)、浸提时间2h。
Gymnema sylvestre, a plant native to the tropical forests of south of China, has gymnemic acid can used to prevent and treat diabetes. Gymnemic acid can be determined by spectrophotometry of dealt with mixed liquid of 8 % vanilin-sulphuric acid.The output of gymnemic acid was regarded as an examine target and the influences of soaking time, soaking temperature, ratio of material to water and extractable solvent on the extraction have been studied. The orthogonal test were used to determination the best extraction process was as follows: the leaves of Gymnema sylvestre were extracted with 50 % ethanol, 70 ℃, the ratio of material to water is 1:15 for 2h.
