摘要
肉菜泥是以瘦猪肉、鸡肝、土豆、胡萝卜为主要原料,根据婴幼儿生长发育需要,经营养配料、科学加工而成,该产品克服了目前婴幼儿辅助食品品种单调、营养不平衡的缺陷,市场前景良好。本文对肉菜泥罐头加工工艺和技术要点进行了研究和探讨。
Mashed meat & vegetable was produced through balance formular and scienced processing , with lean pork,chiken,potato and tomato as the main materials.It overcome the defacts of dull products and in-banlance nutrition for nowadays infant foods and has a bright future market. This article study the processing method,technical keys of mashed meat & vegetable packed in cans.
