摘要
为了解引进马铃薯品系在四川丘陵山区种植的品质表现,对分别种植在甘孜州、石棉县两地的一个引进马铃薯品系及4个当地马铃薯品种的淀粉含量、还原糖含量、干物质含量、直链淀粉含量、粘度等品质指标进行了比较分析。分析结果表明:引进马铃薯品系川引2号具有以下特征:淀粉含量较高、还原糖含量较低、直链淀粉含量较高,粘度较低。
In order to analysis the qualilies of the introduced potato varieties Chuanyin No.2 Cultivated in M of Sichuan Province, this experiment determined different quality indexes of a introduced potato varieties and 4 local potato varieties, after a comparative analysis, the results showed that the Chuanyin No. 2 with following quality characteristics: high content of starch and amylose, low content of reduced sugar and low viscosity.
