嗜酸乳杆菌代谢型培养基的研究

Study on the Optimization of the Making Culture of L.acidophilus Metabolizing Cumulation

用氨基酸或有机酸替换MRS培养基中蛋白质含量高的的成分如牛肉膏、蛋白胨、酵母膏等,以研究嗜酸乳杆菌代谢型培养基。试验结果表明:用14%组氨酸、9.4%甲硫氨酸、9.4%酪蛋白、9.4%叶酸代替培养基中的蛋白成分,能满足嗜酸乳杆菌的生长。同时测定了嗜酸乳杆菌在代谢培养基中生长代谢培养基的pH值和滴定酸度的变化。

The results showed that the best components for L.acidophihas to grow were L-Histidine 14 %, L-Methionine 9.4 %, Floic acid tables 9.4 % and Cacoin 9.4 %. Growth curve with optimized culture were determined by following the change of pH and titratable acidity.
