摘要 以8个冬小麦品种(系)为材料,用Logistic方程拟合研究了冬小麦籽粒灌浆特性差异。结果表明:不同冬小麦品种籽粒灌浆特性差异较大,最大灌浆速率出现日期最早的是石麦16,最晚的是石麦14,相差2.52d;石6138的理论最大粒重最高,石麦16最低;各品种灌浆前、中、后期的平均时间14.03、12.89和9.10d;各个时期对灌浆的贡献分别是21%、61%和18%;灌浆持续期天数以石麦14最长,冀5579最短,相差6.64d;石6138平均灌浆速率最大,比最小的石麦14高0.29g(/d·千粒);灌浆前中后期的积累量和前期灌浆速率对千粒重影响较大,前中后期的灌浆持续天数影响较小。 Characteristics of grain filling of winter wheat variety was studied with Logistic equation fitting. The result indicated that there was remarkable difference in grain filling characteristics among varieties. The date of the maximum grain filling rate of Shimai 16 appeared earliest than the others; while Shimai 14, latest, differing by 2.52 days. The theoretical final grain weight of Shi 6138 was highest; while Shimai 16, lowest. The average duration of prophase, metaphase and anaphase of grain filling of all varieties was 14.03 days, 12.89 days and 9.10 days, with contributions of three periods of 21%, 61% and 18 %, respectively. The grain filling duration of Shimai 14 was longest; while Ji 5579, shortest with differences of 6.64 days. The average of grain filling rate of Shi 6138 was higher than Shimai 14 with 0.29 mg/d-grain. The correlation analysis between grain filling parameters and grain weight indicated that there were obvious effect of accumulation quantity during prephase, metaphase and anaphase, and early grain filling rate on kernel weight, with less effect of duration on kernel weight.
