原油蒸馏塔过汽化油的讨论

Discussion on Excess Vaporizing Oil in Distillation Tower of Crude Oil

通过对原油蒸馏塔进科汽化过程的分析与讨论，提出原料进入精馏段的汽相量等于汽化段一次汽化量与塔底二次汽化量之和，从而解释了原油蒸馏塔传统工艺计算中出现的精馏段底部内回流量与所设定的过汽化量严重不符的矛盾，对进一步降低原油蒸馏塔的能量消耗有一定的指导意义．

The process of the vaporization of crude oil in distillation tower is analyzed and discussed in the paper and the crude vaporization quantity going up to rectifying section is considered to be the sum of the vaporization quantities in the vaporization section and the bottom of tower. It can be explaned why thequantity of equlibrium reflux at the bottom of rectifiying section is not corresponiding to the designed excessvaporization quatity in technological calculation process of crude oil distillation tower. It is some significanceon cutting down energy consumption of distillation tower of crude oil.
