Develop Petroleum Industry on the basis of Resources Home and Abroad

本文分析了陆上老油田的稳产潜力和陆上石油资源、沿海大陆架石油资源、海陆天然气资源勘探的基础，又对世界石油资源分地区进行了分析与评价，得出结论：发展我国石油工业要以国内资源为主，合理利用国外资源。

This paper analyzes the atable production potential of oil fields on land, natural resources on land and continental shelf along the coast, and evaluates the petroleum resources all over the world. It concludes that the development of our petroleum industry must be based on home resources and complemented by reasonable utilization of foreign resources. It is the long and guiding strategy of the development of our petroleum industry.
