摘要
利用廉价的水玻璃作硅源、正丁胺作导向剂合成出Ga-Al-Si-ZSM-5泡沸石分子筛。XRD、IR、DSC、XPS等测试结果表明,Ga已进入分子筛的骨架,并以高价氧化态存在,呈体相富集。对酸催化的甲醇芳构化反应,Ga-Si-ZSM-5比Al-Si-ZSM-5有更好的产物选择性,芳烃收率高,裂解产物C1、C2烃的收率较低。
Using water glass as the Si source and n butylamine as the precursor,Ga Al Si ZSM 5 zeolite molecular sieves were synthesized in a 2 1 mechanically stirred autoclave.Preliminary identification by XRD,IR,DSC,XPS indicate that Ga occupied framework sites in the zeolite structure,existed in high oxidized state,localised mainly in the body of the zeolite.When used as catalysts for methanol aromatization,ZSM 5 containing Ga has better product selectivity,giving a higher yield of aromatics and a lower yield of C 1,C 2 cracking products than ZSM 5 zeolite does.
