摘要
采用MASNMR方法研究了5A脱蜡分子筛的骨架硅铝结构,用XPS方法研究了样品表面的原子组成。结果表明,脱蜡分子筛在使用过程中都有不同程度的脱铝,但骨架脱铝程度、表面原子组成的变化因样品而异。这种结构变化的差异可能是导致脱蜡分子筛使用稳定性差异的原因之一。
Non framework aluminum and surface composition of 5A molecular sieves for dewaxing were studied by MASNMR and XPS.It has been found that the non framework aluminum of 5A molecular sieves was caused by dewaxing processes.The degree of dealumination,as well as the surface composition,varied with different methods to produce the samples,which is responsible for the stability of 5A molecular sieves in dewaxing processes.
