润滑油清净剂间相互作用机理的研究 被引量:8

摘要 用电导法、分子量法及傅立叶红外定量法研究了磺酸盐与水杨酸盐共存沉淀过程,阐述了其相互作用机理,提出了相应的对策。结果表明,磺酸盐与水杨酸盐共存时,其中表面活性剂胶束进行了重新排列组合,形成了一种聚集数少且更稳定的混合胶束,使含碳酸盐胶团(即载荷胶团)表面失去部分表面活性剂,屏蔽稳定作用被削弱,在重力作用下沉降、聚集形成共沉淀。加入表面活性剂B后合成的新型水杨酸盐或磺酸盐与原磺酸盐或水杨酸盐复合后无沉淀生成。 The coalescing and precipitating process for the co existence of alkylsalicylates and alkylbenzene sulfonates was studied by conductivity method,turbidity method and FT IR method.The mechanism of their interaction was also explained.The research results show that when salicylate and sulfonate co exist,the surfactants will form a kind of smaller and stabler mixed micelle.This causes the loss of the surfactants on the surface of the load carrying(carbonate containing)micelle and decreases the steric stability.The exposure of the surface of CaCO 3 core will cause the agglomeration of CaCO 3.The de stabilization particle will precipitate due to the gravity of CaCO 3.The precipitate vanishes as the conventional salicylates or sulfonates are blended with the new sulfonate or salicylate which are synthesized by adding surfactant B,resperctively.
