摘要
在自行研制的一台旋转式气油两相流粘度测试装置上,研究了容积含气率、油膜厚度及剪切应变率等因素对气油两相流流变特性的影响。得出一种新型气油两相流流变模型:ηb/ηo=1+(a·bγ-0.01)β。在改装的MPV-1500型试验机上,实验证明了该模型在高剪切应变率时仍适用。
A rotating viscometer for studing bubbly oil was established,and the influence of bubble content,film thickness and shear rate on the rheological properties of bubbly oil were investigated in detail.A new rheological model of bubbly oil was generalized as: η b/η o=1+(a·b -0 01)β It has been proved experimentally that the above model is valid at any shear rate.
