摘要
随着油田进入高含水开发期,注水量大幅度增加,注水耗电亦大幅度上升,成为造成油田电力紧张的主要原因之一。本文从能量平衡原理出发,分析了油田注水系统的构成、能流模型及耗能等各环节的主要因素,提出降低电机损失、降低承泵损失、降低节流损失、降低管网磨损等措施,以降低注水能耗。
Along with the water injection rate increases substantially when some oil field enters a high water content water-flooding period,the electricity consumption for water-flooding also arises substantially.This paper on the basis of energy equilibrium theory,analyses the factors in many links such as constitution of oil field water-flooding system,energy flow model and energy consumption and proposes some measures related to the reductionof motor water pamp and throttle losses and pipe network wear amount,to decrease the energy consumption for water-flodding.
