Popularization and Application of Training Simulator in Petro-chemical Industry

简要介绍仿真培训器的发展与作用及三类仿真培训器硬件的组成；对系统支持软件和仿真培训软件的功能、特点或进行阐述，提出了生产装置动态数学模型的开发方法；建议在油田生产和炼油厂推广使用仿真培训技术，提高操作人员的技能。

Abstract This paper briefly introduces the development and effects of trainning simulator and their three kinds of constructure,describes the functitions and features of system supporting software and simulation trainning software,presents a method of developing the dynamic mathematical models for productive installations and makes a suggestion of popularizing and applicating simulating trainning technique in the production of oilfields and refineries to improve operators's skills.
