摘要
实验研究了管内同时设置旋流器和旗形动态插入件时油类介质的换热及流阻特性。旋流器为长100mm、丝径1.5mm、节距4mm的螺旋线圈。旗形件数目为1~3片。实验表明,上述复合强化手段集中了两种元件的优点:换热系数高而阻力损失不大,且在层流区和紊流区都碍到了强化。实验范围内综合判据之值高达2.76.
Experimental study of convection heat trasfer in a horizontal circular tube with both swirl flow genenator and flag-type inserts is performed. A piece of spring with the length of 100 mm .the wire diameter of 1. 5 mm and the pitch of 4 mm is used to be the swirl flow generator.The number of flag-type inseits is 1 ̄3. This combined method shows the advantages of both components,heat transfer can be greatly enhanced in laminar and turbulent region with small flag drag.The cretria to evaluate the effect of heat transfer and flow resistance can be as high as 2.76.
