ACE2的特性及其与心血管疾病的关系

摘要 肾素 血管紧张素系统与心血管疾病有着复杂而密切的联系。近年来 ,研究证实一种新型的血管紧张素转换酶ACE2参与了包括血管紧张素在内的多种肽的代谢过程 ,在心血管疾病的病理生理方面发挥着重要作用。进一步地研究与阐明ACE2和心血管疾病的内在联系将为今后的疾病治疗提供新的策略。 There is a complicated and close relationship between renin-angiotensin system and cardiovascular disease. In recent years, several researches have confirmed that angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2), a novel angiotensin-converting enzyme, is involved in metabolism of some peptides including angiotensin, and plays a key role in the pathophysiological process of cardiovascular disease. Further study of relationship between ACE2 and cardiovascular disease will provide a new strategy for treatment in future.
