A community as a part of a society is a bridge and a link between individuals and the society, which consists of the same concept of value, close relationship and good friendship. It is a public place for people to live and develop in an all round way. Beyond all doubt, it is the basic unit to construct a well- off society. Much more attention has been paid by the government and officials concerned to the society community constructions of Wenshan City, a small border city.
