From Tradition to Law

文章从传统力量的强大入手 ,阐述了文化必须尊重传统 ,加之中国文化具有较强的同化能力 ,所以现代的中国法律构建必须尊重传统法律文化 ,并以之为基础进行创造性转化。

This article observes that the culture must respect tradition for the strongness of traditional power. Owing to the assimilation of Chinese culture, the constitution of present Chinese law must value the traditional law culture and have it transformed creatively.
