摘要
现行的大学英语教学是按照教育部原制定的《大学英语教学大纲》规定的统一教学要求、目的、安排和考试进行的。由于该大纲严重地忽视了我国广大地区间的教育资源和生源的不平衡现象 ,也忽视了社会和个人对外语技能多层次需求的事实 ,因而出现了各种针对大学英语教学和大学英语测试的争论。文章就教育部新制定的《大学英语课程教学要求》 ,探讨了不设统一大学英语教学大纲的可能性并就新课程要求发表一些看法 ,以期抛砖引玉。
The existing syllabus designed by Ministry of Education for college English teaching prescribes a uniformed teaching goal, teaching arrangement, testing and vocabulary. Because of its failure to concern the differences to teaching sources among different areas and individual colleges, and the demand from the current labor market, it arises some disputable college English teaching and CET. This paper tries to explore the validity and flexibility of newly birth to Teaching Requirement for College English and bring more discussions as expected.
