针对敞开式压缩模在生产中出现的问题,对工件进行分析研究,提出新的工艺方法,以冷挤压工艺取代冷冲压工艺。设计制造出了新模具,以一次挤压成型替代多次冲压成型,且凸、凹模更换方便,可一模多用。确保了产品质量,提高了工作效率。

On the problem of open compression die emerged in production, the part is analyzed and a new processing method is put forward. Cold punching technology is replaced by cold extrusion technology. A new mold is designed and manufactured. The multi-punching process is replaced by one-extrusion process. Moreover, male die and female die is easy to change each other. It guarantees product quality and increased work efficiency.
