电机定子落料冲孔模的设计与制造工艺研究

通过对电力机车牵引电机的定子工艺分析,介绍了电机定子板料冲压下料的模具设计以及有关凸模制造方面的工艺难点研究。指出了设计和制造过程中应该注意的问题及解决方法,提高了产品质量和模具制造质量,降低了制造成本。

Through the technical analysis of stator of drawing electric motor of electrical locomotive, the die design of sheet punching and blanking of electric motor stator as well as relevant technical difficulty of male die manufacturing are introduced. The problems which should be noted and their solutions in the process of design and manufacturing are pointed out It increases product quality and die manufacturing quality and decreases manufacturing cost.
