摘要
目的探讨怀菊花总黄酮提取工艺。方法采用正交设计法。结果优选出总黄酮最佳提取工艺为10倍量70%乙醇回流提取2次,每次2h。结论该工艺可提高怀菊花总黄酮的提取率。
Objective： To study the extractive methods of total flavonoids in Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat. Methods： To use orthogonal test design. Results： The optimum extracting procedure for total flavonoids can be described as： the drug powder was reflowed 2 times, 2 hours each, 70% alcohol with 10 times of the amount to drug weight. Conclusion： The optimum extracting procedure increased the extraction efficiency of total flavonoids from Chrysanthemum norifolium Ramat.
