摘要
经多次筛选,确定了含稀土添加剂的最佳渗剂,得到了硬度和耐蚀性优于其它表面处理的渗层.应用研究表明,经该工艺处理的丝锥寿命比原氰化处理的提高三倍以上.采用金相、X射线衍射和俄歇电子能谱分析技术研究了渗层的组织,发现渗层中含有Fe2B相和稀土元素Ce,Fe2B的存在及其呈弥散分布是渗层高硬度的主要原因,而稀土元素Ce的渗入对于提高渗层的耐蚀性具有重要作用.
he optimum infiltration agent with rare earth element was determined and the coatingfor high ha rdness and corrosion nsistance was obtained through sries of experiments. Theserving test indicated that the serving life of the lap mated by this technique is 3 timeslonger than that by original carbonitriding process. The coating structure was investigatedby metallography, X- ray diffraction and Auger eleCtron speCtrum techniques. It aams foundthat Fe 2B phase and rare earth element Ce exist in the coating. The existcnce of Fe2B and itsdispersed distribution is'the main reason for the high habitness in the coating, and the infiltration of rare earth element Ce has a marked effect on the corrosion resistence of the coating.
